We are a group of IITian trying to understand the gap between the skills of engineering graduates from college and expected skills in the industry.

We have already talked to many engineers and companies who hire fresh engineers. We have found many consistent issues complaining about the bad quality of engineers.

We have found a few problems like lack of academic curriculum understanding, lack soft skills and etiquette, communication problem, English, and practical knowledge. We provide platform as a solution for the same.
